• Basic rules for sauna use
• Composing a good sauna gus (aufguss)
• Introduction to aromatherapy and essential oils
• Fanning and swing techniques
• Plenty of hands-on practice in the sauna, where you'll perform a mini gus
• Course certificate
• Meals/refreshments

Instructor: Thomas Frank, Danish Championship silver medalist in classic saunagus 2019 and bronze in 2022.

Requirements to participate: This is a beginner course open to everyone. You just need to love sauna gus and want to become a gusmester :-)

What to bring: Besides a good mood and eagerness to learn, just bring a notepad, towels, swimwear, and a water bottle. Everything else is provided, including meals.

Cancellation: Free cancellation up to one month before the course start. After that date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price applies. If cancelled within 14 days of the start, the full course fee is charged.
