Do you want to become a sauna master or get even better? Then you should attend a sauna master course.
After the sauna master course, you will be ready to perform a sauna 'gus' for guests in a safe and unique way. The best way to learn is to practice it. After theory and practical exercises, you will perform a mini 'gus', followed by thorough feedback from the instructor and other participants.
We arrange open and in-house training or workshops in the art of sauna 'gus', either for your association, at spa and wellness hotels, in swimming pools, or at your workplace, both in Denmark and abroad. What is a sauna master?
A sauna master is a person who facilitates a sauna 'gus', typically in a Finnish sauna. This involves essential oils, music, a story, and heat buildup with steam.
How do you become a sauna master?
Sauna master is not a protected title, so you can call yourself a sauna master as soon as you pour water and essential oils onto the sauna stove. However, we recommend taking one or more sauna master courses to learn about safety, essential oils, distribution of steam and scents, and, not least, the structure of a sauna 'gus'.
