How much does delivery cost?

How fast do you deliver?
We ship every weekday Monday–Friday. Order Monday–Thursday before 2 PM, and your order will be delivered the next business day to both private and business addresses. Orders placed on Friday before 2 PM will be delivered on Saturday to a parcel shop (where possible) or on Monday to private and business addresses. Delivery is made by GLS – you will automatically receive tracking when the package has been shipped.
Can an order be returned?
You have two options: 1) Purchase a return label directly via return.shipmondo.com/gusmesterdk. 2) Return the item yourself to: Gusmester.dk, Kærvænget 26, 7480 Vildbjerg (remember order number and contact information). Once we receive the returned package, we will process it as quickly as possible and refund your purchase, provided the items are returned in accordance with our return policy.
Do you ship to other EU countries?
Yes, we ship orders to all countries in the EU.
Can I pay by invoice and EAN invoice?
Yes, when paying, you can choose to pay by EAN invoice or regular invoice.
Do you have a physical store where I can shop and return items?
We do not have a physical store, only sales via Gusmester.dk.
Do you ship orders to Norway?
We do not ship orders to Norway.
Gusmester courses
What is the cancellation policy for Gusmester courses?
Cancellation can be made free of charge up to one month before the start of the course. If you cancel after this date, you must pay 50 percent of the course fee. If cancellation occurs later than 14 days before the start of the course, the full course fee must be paid.
What happens if you cancel a Gusmester course?
In case of cancellation, Gusmester.dk will refund the paid course fee within 8 business days.
Do you hold courses near Aarhus?
We hold Gusmester courses in several locations in Jutland.
Can I be put on a waiting list for sold-out courses?
Yes, you can be put on a waiting list by sending us a message with information about which course you would like to be on the waiting list for.
Do you receive a certificate for participating in a Gusmester course?
Yes, you receive a printed course certificate after the Gusmester course.
Saunagus
Can Gusmester.dk be booked to facilitate saunagus?

What is the difference between a Spa Evening and a Marathon Gus?
Spa Evening – duration around 3 hours. A relaxing and luxurious saunagus experience at Amager Strand with saunagus in the large Finnish sauna, a dip in the Øresund, a peeling ritual in the steam bath, banja in the stone sauna, and time for well-being and cosiness. Access to the entire wellness area. Included: bathrobe, towels, slippers, water/coffee/tea, fruit, and salty snacks.
Marathon Gus – duration around 4 hours. An intensive and energy-filled experience with a minimum of 5 saunagus guaranteed, with the possibility of more if space allows. Same wellness access and inclusions as the Spa Evening.
The main difference lies in duration and intensity: the Spa Evening is more focused on relaxation, while Marathon Gus is more dynamic and intense with more gus sessions.
Cancellation policy for saunagus events
24-hour rule: for a full refund, cancellation must be made in writing at least 24 hours before the event, to info@gusmester.dk with name, order number, and date. Cancellations received later are not eligible for a refund. Tickets can be transferred to another person by contacting us. If we cancel an event, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
