Prerequisites for participation:
This is a beginner's course, open to everyone. You just need to love sauna infusion and want to become a sauna master :-)
What to bring:
Besides your good mood and desire to learn, you only need to bring a notepad, towels, swimwear, and a water bottle. We will provide everything else, including catering.
