An energetic blend of essential oils from lemon, grapefruit, pepper, elemi, peppermint and basil. Urtegaarden describes it as refreshing and uplifting for low energy or when needing a mental boost.

🎵 Scent note: Lemon, grapefruit and peppermint quickly open in the top. Basil, pepper and elemi add a spicy, aromatic middle note.

🔥 Sauna infusion: Urtegaarden recommends 3–5 drops per scoop of water or ice, which is slowly poured onto the hot stones. Start low, as peppermint and pepper can be perceived as strong.

🧘 Aromatherapy: Can be inhaled directly, used in a diffuser or diluted in massage oil. Urtegaarden states up to 20 drops per 100 ml of massage oil. Never apply undiluted to the skin.
