Maydi Frankincense - Incense - Aroma

Maydi frankincense, also called Mushaad, is one of the most exclusive frankincense varieties from Somaliland. The resin is harvested using ancient methods and allowed to mature naturally – enhancing its characteristic citrus scent and deep balsamic aroma.

Maydi was a favorite among the Egyptian pharaohs, and today the resin is still used locally as natural chewing gum and for oral hygiene.

Aromen's Maydi variant is first grade and selected for ceremonial purposes and aromatic rituals.
