– Composition of a good sauna infusion
– Introduction to aromatherapy and its effects
– Lots of practical exercises in the sauna, where you will do a mini infusion

Instructor:
-Thomas Frank, DM silver medalist in classic sauna infusion 2019 and bronze in 2022.
-Has trained more than 650 infusion masters in swimming pools, winter bathing associations and spas.
Prerequisites for participation:
This is a beginner's course where everyone can participate. You just need to love sauna infusions and want to become an infusion master :-)
What to bring:
In addition to your good mood and desire to learn, you only need to bring a notepad, towels, swimwear, and a water bottle. We'll take care of everything else, including full catering.

Cancellation:
Cancellation can be made free of charge up to one month before the start of the course. For cancellations after this date, you must pay a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the course price. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start of the course, the full course fee is payable.
Cancellation by organizer:
In case of cancellation, Gusmester.dk will refund the paid course amount within 8 business days.
