🔥 Sauna Infusion: Urtegaarden recommends 3–5 drops of essential oil per liter of water. Always stir the bucket or ladle immediately before pouring the water onto the stones. Use the oils individually, or start lightly with orange/eucalyptus and finish more gently with pine needles/lavender.
