Thomas creates present aufguss with intense heat and a sure feel for atmosphere. Music, scents and movement come together in a story that follows the guests through the rounds while the heat is built up calmly and precisely.

He debuted as an aufguss master in 2017 and has since worked everywhere from small mobile saunas and tent saunas to large spa saunas. His competition experience includes silver at the Danish Championship in classic sauna aufguss in 2019 and bronze in 2022.

Thomas teaches new and experienced aufguss masters with a focus on safety, hosting, essential oils and towel technique. He has trained more than 650 aufguss masters in swimming pools, winter-bathing associations and spas.

THOMAS’ AUFGUSS

FLOW at Winter Island

Music, scents and movement come together in a story that follows you through three rounds. Each round has its own expression, and the heat is built up gradually with calm transitions and clear intensity.

Thomas works with classic techniques, herbs and carefully balanced layers of scent. The breath gets space along the way, and guests are guided safely through the experience.
