From the first aufguss to the world top
Karoline began her aufguss journey as a lifeguard and aufguss master. Through dedicated training in Denmark and abroad she has developed a high technical level and a strong ability to improvise.
In 2024 she won silver at the Danish championship and represented Denmark at the Aufguss World Championship with the show Waves of Freedom. In 2025 she reached the very top and won the women’s Masters Freestyle Aufguss in Kochel am See.
In 2026 Karoline added another title to her collection: she won gold in Modern Classic Sauna Aufguss at the Danish Sauna Aufguss Championship and became Danish champion in the discipline.

From calm to dramatic
Karoline works with carefully selected scent blends, music and towel swings that create a natural flow. Each session is adapted to the intention and can move from calm and meditative to energetic and dramatic.
